What Is a High?
The term “high” refers to the intense euphoria that people experience when taking an addictive drug. They suddenly feel happy and relieved of all cares, anxieties, and stresses. Depending on the drug, in some cases they may have a highly pleasurable sensation of release and relaxation; in other cases, they may get revved up and feel totally charged, capable of anything, and motivated to conquer the world.
People who are high may become very free-spirited, engaging in reckless behavior. They may laugh a lot. Other people may experience a more subdued high. In this case, they feel numb and less capable of feeling a range of emotions, resulting in a sense of being relaxed and at ease even when situations around them are worrisome.
In most of these cases, the high is very intense but short-lived— the point being that it’s a completely artificial rush and impossible to sustain without returning over and over again to the addictive substance.
If blunts and joints just aren’t your thing, then pipes might be your best bet. Pipes give you better control over your pace and dosage. You can load up as much or as little as you like, and you can drift off into an herb-fueled revery for as long as you like, without worrying about your joint going out. They also leave behind less of an odor than joints or blunts, if that’s an issue for you. It may not seem like a fun activity to some people, but exercise is one of the most effective ways to increase feel-good hormones in the body. During rigorous exercise—specifically cardiovascular and aerobic workouts—the brain releases endorphins along with adrenaline.
Both hormones encourage the body to keep going and stimulate a sense of euphoria. If you don’t have a lot of experience with exercise, try starting gradually and build up from there, with one of these outlets, among others:

Being intimate with someone you care for can help create the same sense of high you may get from using drugs. A study from the University of Rhode Island found sex and sensual touching release endorphins in the brain.
Physical touch itself, as long as it is in a positive manner, can be a significant way to reduce stress overall. This can be more intense if a person combines those physical sensations with emotions of love and respect.
3. Take it Down With Meditation
Some people believe meditation works to slow the brain down, creating calm and reducing stress and anxiety. (Some drugs do this as well, as noted previously.)
Meditation in itself also releases endorphins. Those who meditate regularly often report a more lighthearted mood, a sense of greater control over their emotions, and greater resilience to stress.
4. Explore Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a relatively new method for stimulating a sense of wellbeing. Neurofeedback works to calm overactive brainwaves and triggers the release of endorphins. It often helps people manage their brainwaves in order to achieve greater calm, more focus, etc..
Doctors often recommend neurofeedback for those who have experienced trauma. It can also help to reduce anxiety and depression, two common reasons people turn to drugs and alcohol.
5. Enjoy a Hearty Laugh
Perhaps the easiest and most enjoyable way to reach a level of euphoria is to laugh. Whether from funny jokes in a movie to just remembering good times with friends, laughing triggers the brain’s “feel-good” hormones. Laughter helps people feel good nearly instantly, even faster than drugs and alcohol.
Method 6: Bandit Town Gambling
Any player who has had a chance to explore the bandit town will know that it is full of exciting things to keep you busy. One of these is the giant roulette wheel found on the second floor of the building, with cranelike metal structures reaching either side.
You can use this strategy for gambling many different types of materials in the game, and as long as you follow these guidelines, you should consistently profit. The wheel has 25 other options with which you can bet on a certain number to double your profit exponentially based on the number you choose and the odds it has.
For this strategy, we will use the number one as they occur the most on the wheel, and you have a 48% chance of rolling a number one. While the number one will only double your resource, the high stakes make this strategy 100% profitable. The strength of the system is reliant on you having a decent base of materials to start with.
Sixteen materials should keep you safe, but 32 will for sure as we rely on the statistics of probability. The strategy is simple; in this example, we will be trying to get another high-quality material starting with 16.
First, you would gamble for one, and if you didn’t spin a 1, you increase your gamble to 2. If this fails, you once again double your bet to 4. By this time, with the 48% chance, you will likely have spun a one and increased your profit by one by now, but if not, you will double to 8 and spin again. It is highly improbable that you will fail consecutively enough to run out of materials. If you limit your profit margins, you can relatively safely gamble infinite high-quality metals or anything else with this method.
This is best for materials like scrap, though, where you can quickly establish a base of around 500 to grab 20 or so highly effectively with this method.
Method 9: Smelting
Another way to increase your resources in exchange for time and other resources is smelting. It takes a thousand wood to smelt a hundred high-quality metals. You don’t have to worry about breaking your stacks of wood up in the refinery because they will never break a single pile of metal. It is rare to have enough HQM that smelting will be necessary, but 11 minutes and 330 wood will net 99 HQM while 33 minutes will create 216.
Can You Smoke and Still Be Healthy?
Many health-conscious individuals often face the question “Can you smoke weed and still be healthy?” The fact of the matter is that smoking is not healthy. Period. Burning any substance, be it cigarettes, cigars, leaves, flowers, blunts, or joints, and then inhaling the smoke causes harm to your body and negatively affects your lungs and circulatory system at the very least.
Grown in the regions of Central America and Mexico, it can also be purchased at health and grocery stores all across the globe.
Currently, there are no studies that show this plant causes any issues, which means it can be used on a daily basis.

The nicotine buzz accentuates the cannabis high, and the two combine into something new and different. You can change up the mix, and tweak it how you like — more tobacco for more of a light buzz, more weed for a stronger and more mellow high.
Plus if you do it right, you can make it so that when the spliff burns down there’s nothing left but tobacco, and then just toss it away.
